In that structure kindness and compassion could not exist alongside capability and vigor. They would have been seen as a liability, a sign of weakness, a risk that couldn’t be mitigated.

I built Inner Exit around the understanding that transitions can be hard, that leaving behind what
we have outgrown is a challenge even when we know it’s the right thing to do, and that the
courage to explore possibilities can be daunting even when we know it’s where our treasures
